"Excellent service"

Excellent service. Made a mistake with my ticket names. Sent and email to the wingie team and they contacted egyptair. Unfortunately we had to cancel the ticket however I received my refund in less then a week. Customer care team super responsive and quick with emails.

Since last two.days we.are chasing them to cancel the flight but no proper response and.now.we lost our flight ..till they are not resolving issue .
Qe.only requested them.to.cancel flight .

I booked the flight and didn't receive flight information (details). I was a bit worried and emailed them about the problem. After half an hour they refunded it. I thought I can not get money back. Good support service. Thanks

As most other people here, i proceeded to book a ticket on this website, they charged my credit card and then told me the reservation was cancelled and my card was charged AED2500!!! … of course no response on emails and call center phone number doesnt work.

UPDATE: RUDE AND SCAMMERS

Until now been about two weeks and I still did not receive a refund from them due to their technical error, and I only received two calls from their customer service agent. One was being so rude! Never have I experienced talking to a customer service agent that is so disrespectful, rude and arrogant.
I’ve been chasing my money since then. I worked hard for it but they just don’t care.
They shouldn’t be allowed to operate since they are just scamming people!!!!
Very terrible experience with them. If I can give them negative rate I will, giving 1 rate is me being generous to them compared to what they have done to me.
