I booked a flight, paid with my CB, but then the screen was frozen.
I have been waiting, no ticket received on my email, but my card has been debited.
Not possible to call them (their office closes early), impossible to chat without PNR number, the form on their website doesn't work.
A nightmare.
I sent an email and wait for their reply.
First and last time I use this website.

I booked a ticket on Egypt airline on 21 December 2023 and come back in 5 January 2024, but you haven't received the ticket yet.

Wingie is the big scammer and they didn't give me ticket or refund .
I tried to call and customer service was so ruod

"Flight got canceled and no refund yet."

So I bought a couple of tickets off Wingie to travel. A little over a week from the travel date the inform me that the flight has been modified to a different day. Then they inform me a couple of days before departure that the flight has been canceled all together. I had talked about receiving a refund from the airlines, however the airlines just said "We approved your refund request, contact the ticket office". Ever since then we tried calling and contacting Wingie with no help. I feel like we got scammed hard with no refund, no flight and no nothing.

I will change my experience and rating to 3-4 stars depending on the resolution that could potentially happen. For now, I see no point in giving anything more than 1 star.

Yesterday my friend Qiyamduddin booked the ticket from Dubai to Delhi, money was deducted from the card and no ticket was issued, moreover when he contacted customer service number they didn't sepcify the time of refund also..

This company is a scam! Avoid them!
I sent over 15 emails to cancel a flight and they said you must call to cancel, which I asked why... no reply !
When I called, 6 times, after 2 minutes, every single time they made out they could not hear me and hung up! Got there money, me think...
Most unhelpfully company ever! A BIG SCAM!!!
