I bought one-way ticket from Vienna to Tashkent(for Monday 4 March from 13:50 till 04:10) on the 3rd of March. ( My money from my debit card was deducted. I contacted the worker and he said my money will be refunded in 2 days. However, still no refund! Please, take this matter into very serious consideration. I am sure that I am not the first person complaining about this!!! Otherwise, I complain international support organizations and it is not okay to do that with international visitors who need money every time! My all money went to this and still no refund!

I have purchased my ticket before 5 hours, still there is no email. This is too long to send the email.
I called them next day, they told that it is not accepted by the airline and will be reimbursed in 2 days.
Today, it is reimbursed successfully after around 4 days. Thanks

Dear team,
Today I booked my ticket MCT to CCU 27.03.2024 ( Vistara airlines) and CCU to MCT 08.04.2024 (indigo airlines), my money was deducted from my bank account.
Still I am not getting any confirmation mail of my booking and also flight ticket.
I am trying to connect with the team via mail and phone but no response from team winge.
This was my worst experience with wingie.

Yesterday I purchased the ticket and I received a kind of ticket from Wingie with ticket number. But I cannot find the booking on airline website. I called to Wingie and operator was very responsive and helpful. She confirmed my flight. Finally the problem with online check in was due to technical issues on airline site.

I just tried booking a flight from bahrain to Abu Dhab from 24th January, 2024 to 27th January, 2024 from Wingie website,

I selected, basic support and paid for the SMS text notification and provided my Email address and phone number.

The transaction was successful and the money was deducted from my account but, after that i received a notification on the website which said something like it is reserved and it will take 24 hours to confirm the ticket and if it does not, the money will be refunded back into the account.

I do not have any reference number and my account on Wingie is not showing any kind of information related to this transaction.

I cannot afford to lose my money or this flight as it is very important to me to get on this flight.

I was contacted through e-mail within hours of my complaint on their e-mail address, in the reply they said that the booking has failed and the refund process had already started which will take two business days, depending on the bank.

The customer complaint centre of Wingie and their employees were very competent and have explained to me why my booking had failed and also told me that my money has been refunded and now it is just up to the bank to transfer it into my account. I contacted the bank and said i have to take the reference number of the refund the customer service for 10 time they said we call the account section they will sure send it to you! Till today no one send me the reference number!

I would be changing my review to a 5 star eventually once I get my money back but for now im gonna settle on a 1 star review based on their quickness in responding to my complaint and listening to my issue with patience and dealing with me.

terrible company, bought a ticket, the money was withdrawn but the ticket was not sent, they do not answer the email, they do not answer the phone, people please, when you see that this company sells tickets, bypass 10 dear, if you do not want to lose your money, this company is a SCAM

Please believe the negative reviews about this site, especially their refund policy. I spent $1,500 for three tickets to Casablanca from Senegal. There was a death in my friends family and we had to cancel. At the end, I ended up with a total of $300 in total for the three tickets. Do not take chances with this website. Life happens
