Today (14th May 2024) ai have booked 4 tickets from Riyadh to Kochi for the date 5th of July 2024 in Air India and return flight for 3rd August 2024 by Indigo.
SAR 7012.79 has been deducted from my account but I didn’t get any flight booking details or PNR number. Instead it has returned to the previous page.
How can I get my flight booked.

I booked a roundtrip on the same airline, Wingie sent me an email confirming only the return ticket!
when I called to inquire about the departure they said "We are still waiting for the airline's response". How can Wingie confirm the return ticket on the same airline without the departure ticket?
I asked for the whole ticket to be canceled and they said we apologize but we can't do that!!
It has been 3 days now and no confirmation whatsoever!
update 14.05.2024: I asked for the cancelation of both tickets as I can't use the departure ticket booked through Wingie by itself, The airline refused to book a departure-only ticket stating that on a tourist visa, a round trip should be booked on the same ticket.
that's why I need you to cancel and FULLY refund the return ticket as well (PNR 3PGZQ1).
I called the airlines to check whether you sent the cancellation email and they denied it!
please send the email to the airlines as it has to be canceled through Wingie, and make sure that both tickets are fully refunded.

Habe für 4 Personen Flüge gebucht. Hatte beim Nachnamen einen Buchstaben vergessen und wollte dies sofort (10 Minuten) nach der Buchung, über die Hotline, ändern lassen. War angeblich nicht möglich, musste alles stornieren. Es wurde gesagt, dass 200 EUR Gebühren anfallen. Die Flüge kosteten ca. 3058,41EUR. Es kam per E-Mail eine Stornierungsbestätigung und der Mitteilung, dass der Rückerstattungsvorgang gestartet wurde und der Rückerstattungsbetrag 1401,91 EUR beträgt. Sofort nochmals telefonisch reklamiert und die Info erhalten, dass dies nur für den Hinflug gelten solle. Für den Rückflug gäbe es nochmals eine. Diese könne man aber momentan nicht verschicken. Warte noch 2 Tage dann werde ich wieder telefonisch reklamieren und dann halt notfalls die Rechtsschutzversicherung einschalten.
NACHTRAG zur Antwort vom 07.Mai: Die Angabe in der Antwort sind schlicht falsch. Nach telefonischer Auskunft von Middle East Airlines ist es durchaus möglich eine Korrektur des Namens durchführen zu lassen. Eine Stornierung ist auf keinen Fall nötig. Ebenso stimmt es nicht, dass man auf der letzten Seite um eine Bestätigung gebeten wird. Man kann nur buchen oder nicht. Auf dieser Seite ist keine Änderung mehr möglich. Nirgends sind Informationen über Stornokosten zu finden. Nirgends sind Angaben über Ticketkonditionen zu finden. Keine Angaben wie sich die Erstattungen zusammensetzt.
Mehr braucht man wohl nicht zu sagen.

I had.booked ticket on wingie recently and requested to cancel the ticket and issue refund 4 days travel..so far no action initiated and no one called ..whereas other sites are more professional in this ..please do necessary action

I have purchased 3 tickets today from Doha to Cairo and it gave me (error message ) after withdrawing the amount .. I called the customer service , a girl replied and she was very rude , she told me the airline cancelled the ticket or refused to make the transaction from their side ,I called then the bank and they told me that wingie has to make the refund but they didn’t make it , and I called the airline and they told me that Wingie is the one who made the the cancellation .
I called wingie again and explained what the bank and airlines said and`they didn’t take any action ..
I found here many incidents like this one happened to many people so it is not a single case or by coincidence.

I just want to share my experience about Wingie.com. i book ticket last March 03, 2024 Riyadh to Dubai and already deducted from my account twice payment and it says that ticketing process continue.Please wait!
So i wait 24 hours but no ticket receive from my email. I send them email, chat support and calling thru website but they said that is already refunded but i did not received any amount from them.
