I paid for and supposedly purchase an airline ticket on November 1 for $405. Similar to another customer complaint on this site, I received an invoice with no documentation of an actual ticket. I called Wingie on November 3 and they told me no ticket had been purchased on November 1 because the price had increased and I would have to pay an additional $125 to get a ticket that I had already been charged for.
I told them to cancel the transaction SINCE THEY HAD NOT ACTUALLY PURCHASED THE TICKET. They told me if I canceled the order I would lose my money and I would not receive a ticket. I told them I would contact my credit card company and cancel the charge. I complained to my credit card company and they canceled the transaction. I purchased a replacement ticket directly from American Airlines. I heard nothing more from Wingie until the day before my flight back from Belize (December 11) stating that I had a flight the next day.
Now a month later they are disputing my complaint to the credit card company a month later after doing ABSOLUTELY nothing for an entire month.
Like the other complaining customers on this site I concur, this company is a SCAM and a FRUAD. Save your money, STAY AWAY!!!

On 28/11/2022 i was trying to book a ticket from wingie, my transaction got failed and money has been deducted from my account, so i contacted bank immediately, they said money has been credited to wingies account, so i contacted wingies and also sent them proof also, but they said we already refunded your money.. They are big scammer.. Taking your money and did not gives you anything... Be aware of this scammer...

They sold me a ticket for non existing flight and since then they've been saying that the air company haven't replied to their request for the refund, although after numerous calls and emails, I've sent them proof from the air company that they have done the necessary.
Pass your way! Don't lose money with Wignie, cause you'll have no flight, no refund, no help from their support and you will lose even more money/energy/time trying to have some answers.

Hour of my plane change and Wingie send me message to give me new hour and call to confirm that it's OK for me. They answer me after 30 secondes . So all is OK

Everytime i press select on i flight that i chose they than say the last seat has been purchased from the airline when i refresh the page i click on the same flight information once again it happens.
