Je me nomme Achraf Gafo j'ai réservé un billet sur Dubaï-Accra/ Accra-Dubaï hier le 26/01/2023 sur le 16/02/2023 au 17/03/2023 sur votre plateforme wingie mon compte a été belle et bien crédité mais je n'est pas reçu la confirmation de mon billet..j'appelle ma banque qui me dit de contacté wingie ce que j'ai fait avec des emails à l'appui mais jusqalor pas de résultat...je recontacte ma banque qui me dit que wingie doit refusé le payement pourque l'argent revient sur mon compte. Par email wingie me dit qu'il me contactera mais rien de tout ça je commence a en avoir marre et aussi regretter d'avoir utilisé votre service sincèrement mais jattend que mon argent me soit remboursé afin que je puisse me payer un autre billet. Le service client que je trouve insouciant de la clientèle

I don’t know what type of people or robots they have working customer service but they’re the absolute worst. I wanted to cancel my booking and get a refund. The first customer service representative told me I could only get 499sar back. I told him no and the second customer service representative said I could get 2515sar back which is way better considering I paid 3500 in total for the booking. So when I confirmed to cancel with the second representative he had me wait an hour just to get approval from accounting for the refund. I asked him if I had to wait or if he can just send me an email after. He said I have to wait then 15 minutes later he said okay tomorrow. Tomorrow what sir?? Hello?? Am I going to get the refund tomorrow or the email or what? Still nothing so I just ended the conversation. Please train your customer service representatives to be consistent with what they tell customers otherwise I can understand how people will think this is a scam.
