I was very pleased with my last maintenance. Your rep was very thorough. He opened up the whole lift and cleaned or fixed all the internal fixings. He cleaned up after himself and in addition he checked all the small things that I thought were odd. I was impressed by his professional attitude to his work. The name of the technician is Mr Pelleymounter.

A very professional company who provided great support throughout the ordering and installation process.
The only reason why they were not awarded 5 stars was because we were not aware that on raising to the first floor the lift shaft brickwork and floor were visible. This wasn't apparent from the brochures.
We have since discussed with Gartec and they are now aware of this issue and the value of a final second fix service
