I paid $3,250.00 for US Home Guard. I had to do ALL of the leg work and now I have to wait up to 30 days to get my payment back to me. I had to call several times and no one knew anything every single time I called. When I told a rep about my frustration in a calm and professional way she was very rude. If I pay for a service I expect more effort coming from the company/employees. I would never refer anyone to US Home Guard.

I’ve attempted to contact this company several times for a claim. I was told repeatedly I would be contacted back. But not one call at all. Horrible service… Don’t waste your money. There are plenty of other options to protect your home
