This company tricked me into getting a insurance with them, ppl becareful of them sending u letters stating your insurance is about to cancel WHEN U DON'T HAVE A INSURANCE WITH THEM!!! the rep didn't even explained this she jus tell me she'll renew it for x amount without actually letting me know I didn't have a insurance with them, an they reps are rude an disrespectful! This company needs to be reported!

After receiving my letter in the mail from US Home Guard about my home warranty, I called and spoke with a representative by the name of Kayla about my options. After she explained the services and the amount of coverage that I’d be receiving; we decided that the platinum program suited me better. Following the selection, she went even further and helped me receive a first time home buyer’s deductible, which really was a help. Everything about the process was extremely pleasant from the knowledge of the representative to the information of the service that the company provides. Not to mention that the pricing is within reason for the amount of coverage that they have to offer.

Veronica in customer service was great she made sure that my refund would get to me immediately. The warranty doesn't cover outside of the home like septic tanks but cover so much on the inside it is a government approved warranty. Thank you Veronica for your great customer service.
