"Costly"

Costly, but in the long run I think it could save me money. If you have it you may never need it, but it gives me the security of knowing if something
does happen I will have the coverage to have it repaired or replaced.

"They were very efficient"

They were very efficient. If they gave you at least a day to check if it fit your budget I would have given them 5 stars. However the agent I spoke with was able to find a plan that worked for me. I feel great knowing my home’s systems are covered.

"Good work."

Emily was really nice. She explained everything to me of what this home guard was all about. Things that I didn't know wS an eye opener. I needed this coverage being on a fixed income and disabled. She talked me through everything that was covered and all. I find this really a necessity to me. Thank you Emily McCarthy you were great.

"Poor Customer Service"

The Customer Service Rep(Craig) that I spoke with on 4/29/2021 @ 3:31pm eastern time was an absolute poor reflection on this organization. I was prepared to discuss with him my reasons for canceling my policy when he decided to verbally attack me because my response lacked the luster he was in search. To make a long story short anyone with the minuscule customer service etiquette that “Craig” displayed on this date should really rethink his/her profession. Craig to answer your question I would NOT buy this policy or anything else from you not even “2021 BMW with or without a warranty “ That you mentioned. The young lady that I spoke with a few days ago mentioned that this company was 30 + years old, but if you continue employing individual like (CRAIG) the future doesn’t look very promising. US Home Guard , thank you for the opportunity to share with you my experience with Craig, whom I pray is not a manager or a leader in any capacity of your organization.
