"Fistune DAB+ Module für BMW"

Hat alles sehr gut geklappt die Teile passen super zusammen und lassen sich sehr einfach ins Auto Intrigen ohne Probleme. Was mir nicht gefällt, ist das sich die Fistune DAB Module bei BMW nicht mit der Fahrzeugantenne verbinden lassen. Man ist gezwungen eine Scheibenantenne zu installieren. Aber sonst alles super.

"Once you bought it ... good luck."

Over the past 10 years we have been using now and then some of the Kufatec products, and they are useful and quality products but whenever support is needed for some in depth technical stuff you can forget all about it.
I guess making money from selling the products and not wasting time with customers is more important this days.
I have customers who come for support to me after 10 years and I am still trying to help all of them the best I can.... but at Kufatec (from my experience) this has never been the case... German brands and support is not what it has been and it's a pity.

Worst customer service.
The retro fity cable looms they supply are very useful and mostly fit well.
BUT PREY YOU NEVER HAVE A PROBLEM!
I have had a problem with a software update and they are refusing to make any effort to help.
So far they have blamed the hardware and claimed lack of responsibility becasuse someone else wrote the software they sold.

Note: even if Audi wrote the software, it was Kufatec that sold it and therefore it is Kufatec that is legally responsible under consumer law and if the problem has been caused by Audi it is Kufatec that must deal with Audi.
