I needed to make some quick decisions and get my Will sorted quickly as a precaution due to a health scare - Spencer and the team were amazing and got everything turned around quickly for me with regular updates - nothing was too big an issue for them. One of the Directors even got involved to speed up the process.

Aside from the excellent service levels i also received some very important advice on one or two legal matters around elements of my Will that protected certain outcomes - this itself on a professional level was worth every penny.

My advice to anyone thinking of writing a Will - you get what you pay for. The cheapest is rarely the best and what you need is a long term partner, as people's circumstances do change.
