"My husband and I have both had Wills…"

My husband and I have both had Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney drawn up with the help of Spencer Shaw who made it a very easy process in the comfort of our own home.
Something we had been putting off for a while but are very pleased to now have peace of mind that everything is in place.

So far I am not happy with the service I have received. Draft documents sent - didn't arrive the first time. Sent again. I now want to look closely at the documents, but cannot resurrect them on my PC. I asked for them to be sent again via email. No response. Just the usual message saying we aim to respond in a few days. Have emailed twice and written a letter to Vanessa to get documents resent. This has been going on since March 15th. Not happy. Still not received anything as at 30th May 2022. I have now heard from the owner of the Company, who is dealing with my documents and has given me his personal phone no. so that I may contact him direct. Always good when you can deal with the top man - they actually care about customer service.

"Renew of wills"

We just had our wills renewed with two LPAs. We looked online for someone to help with this and booked an appointment with Spencer Shaw from the Planning Bee.
We found him very pleasant and helpful when we had questions to ask. At first we didn't know what type of wills and LPAs were for us but Spencer explained all our options clearly and effectively.
Once this was completed, Venessa then prepared the documents. Again we found her to be very pleasant and helpful.
When the documents were ready Spencer came to our house and the documents were ready to be signed.
Overall we found the whole process clear and concise and always conducted in a professional manner.

I recently had to get our wills updated and a Lasting Power of Attorney put in place. I looked online for a suitable company in this area and was quickly contacted by Mr Ed Coss of the Planning Bee who arranged to visit us at our home.

Both my wife and I found Ed to be very approachable and pleasant to deal with, no pressure whatsoever and good sound advice after we explained what we required. Ed explained what needed to be put in place to meet our requirements in plain easy to understand language.

We also found his colleague, Vanessa Phillips who prepared our documents for us to be very helpful and she too also gave us sound advice and answers on the questions we had.
