We chose the Planning Bee to help us write our Wills. The service received was second to none, clear straightforward advice and we received our documents soon after the consultation. Would highly recommend.

Chis was lovely with my parents but unfortunately when I looked into things and the company after they had told me about what they had taken I was unhappy.
Shouldn’t have been a problem as you have 14 days to cancel. I rang Chris and I have to say I found him very rude to myself and was not happy with that I was cancelling it for them. He was arguing with me on the phone, telling me I wasn’t an expert and trying to intimidate me I ended up ending the call.
What set off as him coming to discuss 2 X £59 mirror wills ended up costing £3000
He did email my parents after and told them to cancel the cheque.

My initial question was ‘ are we too old to change the land registry?’ I got a very friendly telephone call from the secretary who arrange a speedy appointment with the ‘local’ paralegal. Spencer came at the appointed time and explained everything to us all. We then spent a week thinking about it and decided to go ahead with it all. Three appointments have now taken place, all very friendly and efficient. The paperwork has all been done with concern for our advanced ages. I am impressed with Planning Bee, and would recommend the business to anyone, particularly if they are housebound.
