"Not good, pretty bloody bad infact"
Received a broken turtle terrariumfrom them over a month ago. They agreed to send a new one which has never arrived because apparently it had been broken by their courier company of choice. They then told me that they had shipped a third one and that came out to be a lie. I'm was then stuck with a broken terrarium in my living room and no money. They said that in order to give a refund they need to get the aquarium back. Told me they would send a courier to pick the broken one up. But the courier never showed up. Now i've shipped the terrarium back at my expenses.
I'm just glad that I bought this item from Amazon because I could file a claim with theirs AtoZ Guarantee scheme and that got the things moving. One more than one instance The Online Reptile Shop answered to my emails only after I got in touch with Amazon asking for help.
In my opinion you should try to avoid them unless you enjoy being lied to and possibly loose money

I purchase nearly all my reptile stuff from Online Reptile Shop and they are brilliant. Paul is excellent and provides great customer service. Prices are the best too!

Bought a vivarium hitch was listed as in stock. After a week called to find out where it was. It was out of stock so they offered me a smaller one to be sent by 24 hour courier. Five days later it arrived, damaged, and different to the picture online. Sent them photos of damage and requested a refund. They agreed if I sent item back. Packed it up and took it to post office. Paid £4 to return it (tracked). A week later and still no contact. After numerous emails and phone calls I had to open a PayPal claim to get my money back. And despite promises of the postage being refunded, which is law under distance selling, they didn't refund it. Shocking customer service. Dishonest and very unprofessional.

Excellent company! This is the only place I will shop for my mice, I have 5 snakes under a year old & they are always satisfied with their food & I haven't had any issues :) The mice are packaged well, they are in top quality condition, mice are fairly priced & delivery is cheap :) Happy snakes = happy owner = happy shopper! Will continue to use here for many years to come I hope :)

Ordered the ORS Bearded dragon starter kit which arrived within 48 hours of ordering. Upon opening all the packaging the uv tube had arrived broken,after a quick phone call a new one was quickly sent.once the vivarium was all set up and switched on for the first time the thermostat,light fitting and the basking light flashed on and then stopped working again back on the phone and new ones were dispatched before we have even received the returns information. absolutely the best customer service i have received from a shop and will be using again and again

I bought an Exo Terra terrarium and stand from this company. I accidentally forgot to add them both into my basket, and ended up paying for next day delivery twice. I sent them a quick email and they refunded one of the payments instantly. Umfortunately, my terrarium got broke along the way. However, the next morning they explained what had happened (they didn't send it, as it was a hazard because of the broken glass). They apologised for the inconvinience and arranged it for next day delivery. After another quick e-mail they refunded most of my remaining delivery charge. Sorry for the long review. Just thought I'd share my experience with them in a little detail. Top company, top customer service. Don't be afraid to ask for reasonable refunds if it is a genuine mistake on there part.

"Apalling & dishonest behaviour"
I ordered 3 x Sedum Burrito for vivs. Instead of the large, lush plants shown on the website, they sent dried out, scrappy seedlings. When I contacted them to complain, they changed the photo to the tatty plants they sent. Sadly for them, they cannot adjust the properties which show I ordered on the 28th & they changed the photos on the 30th. Really dishonest behaviour.

Best bedding ive found so far for my snakes and at a very good price. This bale lasts a decent amount of time and keeps the snakes nice and dry and fresh when using rubs instead of vivs. Great service from the online reptile shop, cant fault it.

Love the online reptile shop, locusts I order arrive fresh hardly any dead , packaged really well as r the gerbils I get for my snack which come ice packed. Was sick of hunting round shops finding they didn't have any the right size or being offered 3 boxes for the price of one as they were mostly all dead. Gerbils real hard to get hold of so perfect site always have them and delivery is spot on. Was advised by Paul the owner to fed locus on kale then u didn't have to worry about watering them etc they r still alive over a week later and my lizards love them. Also ordered none livestock product and they come in top condition. I highly recommend this site
