We have a beardie and a few hungry leopard geckos and my girlfriend and I have been using ORS for quite a while now for live food and basic stuff needed for keeping our reptiles healthy and happy. 99% of time there were no issues whatsoever with our orders and on those rare occasions when we needed to contact the company about our order they were always extremely helpful. Can't say we have much experience with other suppliers as ORS never gave us a reason to go to someone else, unless things turn bad we are likely to keep using for years to come. Can't recommend them enough!

I have been dealing with Paul for almost a year,
in this time i have spent a lot of money and i get a weekly delivery from him for my live and frozen food, i also buy all my hardware and husbandry products from him.

Quality, value for money and customer service is the driving force for his business and i will concur that this is what you get.

Things can and do occasional do go wrong (usually out of his control such as delivery delays) (this is just life),
when there is a problem, he sorts it and he sorts it straight away,
I have known him sort things out even when he is supposed to be enjoying his free time whilst abroad

Delivery speed for live food is excellent which is of paramount importance for me as I live of the Scottish mainland and delivery by post is here within 2 days of order sometimes next day. Prices are extremely good and you are kept up to date with your order by e-mail. Site is easy to navigate and well laid out. Best site on web for reptile owners in my opinion.
