Ordered item 23/11 in good faith. A few days later received email advised supplier says no longer available disappointingly! Am still awaiting refund! Should t have taken my order

Update: After few emails, received a response and despite saying refund was processed earlier then receiving notification of refund being processed same day as email, I received my refund within 15 days. Would still not recommend buying from here, too many red flags, see below.
Buyers beware! Purchased chair online, said it was in stock, then received email saying discontinued and refund in 3-5 working days - from reviews on here this seems standard practice. Tried calling but goes to voicemail every time which is permanently full so can’t leave a message. Have tried emailing via online form and directly and no response. Very concerned, as listing on Google says permanently closed! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - SO MANY RED FLAGS!! How this company is still allowed to take orders and payment is beyond me! Let’s hope I receive a refund within the 14 days (which companies are allowed) or will be taking this further

Purchased lights from website, unfortunately out of stock. Advised refund will be processed within 3-5 days. 4 weeks later still no refund, cant get hold of anyone through phone, did get an email reply saying they will reply but still no action taken to refund

Item was not available. Refund advised 3-5 working days. Now 6 working days but no refund. Unable to get through or leave voicemail on telephone and no response to email.

I placed an order on 7th November, I got an email confirming the order, no follow up, so read reviews and was concerned to say the least, no answer to telephone calls, so I emailed their sales team who quickly responded saying item was out of stock and would be available end of December. I called my credit card company who informed me that the company was showing as permantly closed and may have gone bust. I emailed company again asking for a refund, I again received an email from the company saying they had refunded the money, and this has now been refunded. Overall, the company have responded in a timely manner and I did not need to take the matter any further, however, as a warning, I would not recommend ordering from this company, as they seem to advertise items they do not have in stock.

I love the design and colour of the stool. It was easy to assemble and looks so lovely in my bathroom. One improvement would be to put non slip pads on bottom of legs to stop it sliding.

Placed my order in June and paid for the goods which never arrived.
I have sent numerous emails and left messages on their answer phone for an update on my order. Never had any response at all. I have now reclaimed my money through my credit card company.

Very disappointed! I bought this item as it was stated as ready assembled but it came flat packed. Not what someone in the eighties looks forward to receiving.
This has taken the shine away from the product itself.
