Absolutely terrible customer service and a thoroughly disreputable company. They have taken our money, not provided the item paid for, said that they will issue a refund but no refund has been forth-coming. Payment made on 19/01, still waiting for a refund.

I wish I'd seen these reviews before paying with£600 for some chairs.
No confirmation email. No response to emails. No response on the phones. Left 10 messages and no call back.
Do not deal with this company unless you like handing over cash for nothing

"Absolutely appauling customer service"
Absolutely appauling customer service, no invoice sent when ordered, had to constant chase them for days to get conformation of order, dispatch dates etc, in the end cancelled the order only had to ask 4 times for a refund!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I was worried after placing my order as I then read a few negative reviews - however I need not have worried, because my experience has been very positive -timely competent responses when I queried my order and delivery and efficient delivery service. love the product too. So, all in all very good service from start to finish - and very competitive price when comparing price of same product with other suppliers.

Took my money but did not have the item and still not received my refund which they said would be paid just checked online banking and not been paid

"PLEASE BE CAREFUL 7 MONTHS TO GET A REFUND"
I ordered 2 lamps and paid for them in June 2023 the next day I was told they were not available and I would be refunded in 3-5 days . After 7 months of chasing I took small claims through the online court system . They finally paid. But they then issued a claim against me for £1.
PS the lights are still being shown for sale on a sister website elegant lighting !!!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
I purchased a bed for nearly £1000, more than 2 months ago that never arrived. I was contacted, by email, a few days after my purchase in November to inform me that the bed was out of stock but would be in stock in a few weeks. This was my second mistake after trusting this company with my initial purchase.
I have been awaiting a refund for more than 6 weeks now and it seems the legal route may be my only notion to have my money returned.
No one ever answers the phone so don’t bother calling. Emails are sometimes replied to from an “Adam” or “Mike” which I doubt are real names.
The website looks very slick and well presented and that’s what took me in as my partner found the company but hadn’t looked into them.
Please do not make the mistake that I’ve made and spend a penny on what is clearly a scam.
If I could have given 0 stars then I would have.

"Avoid at any cost!"
Avoid at any cost!! I have tried calling and emailing after a day I placed the order, no one returned the calls or replied to my emails. I don't think anyone works in this company!! I would say avoid, pay extra and buy from somewhere else to save you the headache!!

I would also like to add that I ordered 6 wall lamps (different styles) and after two weeks of waiting when I would receive the lamps, I was told that they did not have one and did I still want to complete the order?!
God, I regret so much that I wrote, please, complete the order.
I got two wall lights in very bad condition!! Looks very cheap I couldn’t believe something can send to me.
So I try to send them back ! So I start to call them about 10 times I (left my telephone number) never called back,5 times emailed them after one week eventually I got this email.

Still in process of this refund.
On their website says that I receive full refund!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. ORDER A METAL BED FRAME AND PAID IN FULL. THEN THEY TELL ME IT'S OUT OF STOCK AND THE MANUFACTURER ISN'T MAKING IT ANY MORE. THEY OFERED SOMETHING SIMILAR (THAT WASN'T SIMILAR AT ALL). I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THEY SAID THEY'D REFUND IN 3-5 WORKING DAYS. EMAILED AFTER 6 WORKING DAYS ONLY TO BE TOLD THE REFUND HAD BEEN ISSUED BUT DAYS AFTER THEY SAID THEY WOULD BUT I HAVE NO REFUND IN MY BANK. THEN I GET AN EMAIL TO SAY REFUND PROCESSED THEIR END I SHOULD WAIT A FURTHER 10+ DAYS TO SEE IF IT ARRIVES IN MY BANK. IF ONLY I'D READ THE POOR REVIEWS BEFORE I FELL FOR THEIR SCAM.
