Ordered a chest of drawers on the 6th January, was advised it was out of stock and would be refunded, despite leaving numerous phone messages as no one answers, and emails no refund as at 2nd March. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THERE ARE ITHER REVIEWS SAYING same as ne I only wish I’d seen them before ordering

ORDERED LIGHTS, PAID FOR THEM, WAS TOLD THEY NO LONGER STOCKED THEM WHEN I ENQUIRED ABOUT DELIVERY AND WAS TOLD ID HAVE A REFUND, THIS WAS IN NOVEMBER, HAD SPOKEN TO LADY ON TELEPHONE AND LOTS OF EMAILS BACK AND FOR, STILL NOT HAD MY REFUND, DISGUSTING AND VERY UPSETTING

I've been waiting OVER 1 YEAR for a delivery of chairs. they keep FOBBING me off, telling me it's not arrived in and then I HEAR NOTHING until I chase again.

"The real deal"

Wow, I must say I am very impressed. I found this site by accident. I was looking for a Rose Gold bed and they had it for £250 less than other sites. I thought is this real? What's the catch? Anyway, I took a chance and ordered it. I am not going to lie, I was a little skeptical as the price to me was too good to be true, so I called them, got no answer, panicked, Surprisingly I got a call back from someone called Adam who reassured me the price was real and advised that the bed had already despatched. That was yesterday. It came today. It was ordered on Wednesday, and today is Friday. I have not put it together yet, but I feel confident if there are any issues they will sort them out. I am really happy with the service and they have some lovely things on their website which I am going to explore further now. Thanks, Elegant Furniture UK.
