"Never received item or had confirmation …"

Not had an order confirmation or even had the item delivered ???? Sent email to customer service asking where is my planter ??

Absolutely shocking customer service, to say you can contact at any time is absolute rubbish, I rang and left about 6 messages and emailed and had no response. I ended up having to get PayPal to intervene would never buy from this company

Charged me for a lamp they didn’t have in stock, then they cancelled my order, and 14 days later I still haven’t received my refund. When I messaged about it, they said they were sorry I had decided to cancel my order. An absolute mess and I’m still chasing my refund.

No communication about delivery. Item turned up and it said it was still being processed. The one light that I ordered said what bulb to use but not the size.

I was a little concerned when I read some of the reviews after placing my order. But I emailed the Company for a delivery date and they emailed me back the same day. I did chase them 1 more time and then got a link to book my delivery day. Received the piece of furniture in 8 days after placing the order with no problems whatsoever. A little bit of feedback for the company would be to maybe keep Customers a bit more informed regarding expected delivery dates for their products to avoid worry and confusion.The delivery driver was very friendly and helpful.
