Very knowledgeable and helpful engineer visited called John. He was thorough and was quickly able to assess the problem and determine that the existing gas hob was faulty. Another engineer from a different company had misdiagnosed the problem and had determined new pipes would need to be run. Very glad that I decided to get a second opinion before ripping all my floors up!

We have just moved into our property and wanted to get the boiler serviced ASAP. We contacted A Lings Group who were able to provide us with a service the next day. Chris came round and serviced our boiler and has arranged for a new part to be sorted within a couple days. He was extremely friendly and provided us with comfort that we will have everything sorted.
