I called Homeserve to report a leak in the kitchen sink. A few hours later Russell called me to say he was 10 mins away. He arrived on time. Russell was very friendly and respectful taking his shoes off as he entered my home. He listened to me as I explained the problem and fixed the leak within minutes. Russell then tested to check the leak was resolved and also asked me to check for myself. Russell was professional, friendly and very experienced as he sorted the problem efficiently. Thank you.

I was really happy with the quick service provided by Charlie sorting out a blocked toilet. He had all the equipment including a vacuum to quickly unblock it, and a brand new pipe to replace the existing one. No waiting around for parts. All sorted in less than an hour.
