Sent cassette tapes to them to convert to digital. Stated they couldn’t process due to copyright and proceeded to charge me more than cost of what they had quoted to do conversion to digital. Daylight robbery would not recommend under any circumstances.

Everything was great but I’m still waiting on my dongle to arrive. I got the media online which was great as I could see it. It definitely turned out better than I hoped. Would definitely use again. Just prepare yourself for a bit if a wait!
