This company developed my negatives and converted them into digital images very effectively and efficiently, and offered them as downloads over the internet! The only problem I would say is that, when you fill in what you want online and it then generates the order form, the order form that it generates does not always accurately reflect what you asked for.

"Questionable Priority Service"
I ordered 'priority service', two weeks on from my media arriving with mediafix and with no communication. I had to ask for a "sit-rep", a standard email informed me that I would then have to wait for processing, which barely happened in contracted time but it then took over a week for my immediate payment to be processed and the digital media to be available on-line. I felt, I needed to prompt at each stage, as my expectations had been a "two week turnaround" from start to finish. Yet, I had no indication of the progress of the order.
The media did finally arrive, fantastically restored!!
I would have been happier if I had known the real timescales, the service was going to be poor and also, lacking in communication.
The media was supposed to have been for a birthday gift, yet the birthday came and went before I received the goods.
I would use mediafix again but would have to exercise a whole lot more patience.

The promises made at the outset were kept and the digitised slides were delivered on time as stated at the beginning. The quality is very good particularly given that age of the slides to begin with. All in all a positive experience.

The finished product was not any better than the original.

It would have been five stars but the insturctions for a fast service were not very clear and I sent my slides to the wrong address which would have meant a very slow service. Once we found out what the problem was the company did its best to expedite the order
