After initial phone call for advice was helped via e mail. Plenty of information on progress. My media was a very ancient reel to reel , very pleased with the end result. Arrived sooner than expected. Great service.

Excellent service and easy to use process for getting media transferred to digital format. I sent old VHS and Hi8 tapes, took 5 weeks but that was over Christmas. Certainly not expensive for all those memories- kids haven’t stopped laughing yet.
