Overall very pleased with the service, I had a video converted to USB stick. Had to check the price as only one tape required converting. Prompt response from customer services team regarding query. The process took quite a long time but warned about that and did not need to pay the extra for speedy service. Both video and USB received and I am very pleased with the result

It took a long time for them to acknowledge receipt of my films and I worried that they were lost in the post.
When I eventually received the acknowledgement the whole thing went very smoothly and the results were excellent.

The whole journey was simple and easy apart from when it came to the payment. Unfortunately this coincided when USA had a company fail which knocked out microsoft which in turn affected my computer and bank payments. Once this problem was fixed everything was back on track and runniqng smoothly. Not Mediafix's fault.

"I received my DVD's thank you"
I received my DVD's thank you. Just one suggestion. Confirmation of receipt of my tapes would have been really helpful. I emailed to ask if they had been received quoting your reference number but the email I received back did not contain confirmation of their receipt even though I had waited a coup!e of weeks before contacting you. I had to email again a couple of weeks later before someone kindly confirmed receipt. I think it would be appreciated by customers if when their tapes etc are registered in your system using your reference number, that an automatic non-reply email, confirmation of receipt would be generated & sent to their email address. My grandchildren have had such fun being able to see their Mum in her school plays. So many thanks for your help with the conversion to disc. Great success.
