Really impressed with Chris Wright who came out recently. Chris arrived on time, went through everything he was going to do and updated me on the results at every step. He was really helpful, informative and generally a nice guy.

Only ones day and they turned up on time as well. Our engineer Chris introduced himself asked for the issue history -,what had happened etc, and got on with finding the leak. He very carefully cut through some flooring once he had identified the location and repaired leak. Refilled system, tested extensively until he was happy all sorted. Great guy, great service and we now have a heating system again.


Unusual to get such great service these days so we were very happy indeed. Thanks Chris and team.

I would just like to say a huge thank you to SOS Leak Detection for finding and fixing a leak in our central heating system today. We were having to refill our combi boiler every 2 hours as it was losing so much pressure and we were assigned SOS Leak Detection through our insurance company. Jake was extremely professional and explained the process clearly. He found the leak through tracer gas detection and repaired and was very careful to ensure that our central heating was all working properly before finally leaving.

Just had a visit from Craig. He gave me a brief idea of what he was about to do and assured me he would keep me informed of the progress. This he did and found and fixed the problem very competently. He was most courteous, efficient, tidy and informative. If I ever need SOS again, Craig would be my man. Thank you
