Gary came on time and got straight to work. He explained what he was going to do and timeline to manage expectations. The leak was detected within 15 minutes and he also mentioned a few other pointers which were worth looking at too (e.g. boiler pressure and how the leak should be fixed). As we had a second shower with a drip he was unable to do a pressure test however this worked in our favour as it reduced the time required for the job, great for half term with our child at home. Would recommend.

Octavian was professional, knowledgeable, on time, hard working, nice and most of all a calming influence when I was stressed with a bad leak. He also tidied up!
The SOS service was efficient, they kept in touch and brought my appointment forward 2 days when they received a cancellation.

The SOS Engineer arrived and put shoe covers on before entering the property. He was very thorough and minimized any mess before clearing up to leave everything clean and tidy. Thank you

Unfortunately did not remember the guys name! My boiler keeps loosing pressure Worcester suggested i had a leak and needed a leak detection survey done.
Even though no leak was found the engineer performed all necessary tests showed me everything he was doing and how it worked very calm professional well mannered man Welsh I believe and arrived on time!

I didn’t get the engineer’s name but he covers the whole of Scotland and he’s from Leith so hopefully you know who he is. The engineer arrived on time and quickly identified the source of the leak and then spent time ensuring there was no other areas of concern. I was very impressed by his professional thorough approach. He kept me informed of progress throughout.
