Best off all he was to reassure us the despite what the water board might say we had NO leak! But even if we had we would have felt reassured in his ability to deal with it.

Joe , the leak detection engineer arrived. He explained what he was going to do and what it entailed. He also brought parts with him to fix a secondary problem we had encountered. He was polite, very knowledgeable and personable and before he left explained his findings and that he’d complete a report to be given to the insurance company. Fabulous customer service by all the staff I spoke to.

SOS leak detection were great. We had a leak inside our property and a plumber with a designated camera and Seven Trent could not find out where it was coming from. SOS however, with their thermal imaging found the leak coming from behind a kitchen cupboard where a boiler condensation pipe became disconnected. They found a fixed the leak quickly. Would certainly use them again if and when needed.
