Chris attended a leak today on behalf of our insurance company as part of a trace and access. The leak was coming from behind a radiator in a new build property.

Chris was professional throughout, explaining his steps thoroughly. He identified the leak in no time, and explained that he would document what he found. He left the area exactly how he found it.

Steven Wright was sent out from SOS by our insurance company to trace and access a leak we had but did not know where it was coming from. Steven arrived prompt however unfortunately the leak had escalated by that time our living room was flooded. Steven got to work and soon found where the leak was and worked hard to ensure we were kept fully informed every step of the way. Steven did not leave us until every question was answered and the next steps explained. We cannot express our deep gratitude to Steven and SOS enough and would highly recommend this company to anyone. Thank you Steven your one in a million and certainly deserve a medal for going above and beyond on the job.

"2nd visit"

the engineer that visited us this time (2nd visit) was very thorough and completed pressure testing on the various parts of the plumbing and informed us that we had several small escapes (2 x toilets dribbling and 1 x cwst dripping) He was very polite and professional.

Chris your engineer was brilliant he explained everything that he was doing. The pipe that was leaking was hard to locate embedded in plaster and render causing damage lower down with his skill and equipment he made sure he knew exactly where the problem was before taking remedial action.
