"SOS Amazing service "

We had Chris come out to do an emergency leak detection trace and access through our insurance company. It was an extremely daunting situation for us as a family to deal with we had a leak in en-suite somewhere and the floor had partially collapsed into the ceiling of our playroom. Chris came in and immediately put our mind at rest he reassured us that everything was going to be ok and that he had seen far worse situations we were incredibly thankful that he was calm and reassuring and talked us through each step. He was easy to talk to and happy to answer our million and one questions. He found the leak stopped it restored our heating and water and as he left we felt so much better. From a completely traumatic experience we feel like we have been listened to and been helped to understand what happened and what is going to happen. Just someone talking us the through the situation was great as we’ve never been in a situation like this and although he has clearly seen many instances the same or worse he has kept his empathy and understanding. Very grateful
