Very happy with the service Garry provided on behalf of SOS Leak Detection in successfully identifying where our leak was. Friendly and efficient - just what we needed at a stressful time.

The engineer was on time, polite and friendly. He took relevant samples, and identified the source of the leak.
HOWEVER, the leak continues, and I am left without some bathroom facilities.

He expertly found the leak ,using his experience to locate the problem not exactly where we thought the problem was.
Made sure everything was put back together before explaining the next process before leaving.

"£990 paid upfront, refused to repair the leak, no refund…"

I paid £990 for leak detection and repair. They detected the leak and said they could not dig into the concrete around the pipes as they thought there was bitumen and therefore could be asbestos. I informed them the concrete had been poured 7 years ago, so not possible. They left without repairing and spent 6 hrs onsite just to detect a leak. Found another plumber the next day who happily did the repairs. Of course I could not get any refund of any amount off them. Its the only time in 35 yrs dealing with properties that I have paid a contractor 100% upfront. I told my property manager I was unhappy about it as there is no safety net for me, and I was proved right unfortunately. Don't waste your money on this company. 1 man £990 for less than a day and no repairs done. Rip off Britain

Came a day before appointment due to a cancellation which was good for us, he was very professional and showed us where the damp was which was amazing, didn't realise how much there was, he. found the leak and showed us where it was. We were very pleased with the way handled.

Arrived and we explained the problem he then carried out a very extensive investigation using state of the art equipment and obviously knew what he was doing .
At this time we are still awaiting a report
