Lee arrived on time and proceeded to cary out diagnostic checks to locate a leaking mains water pipe under my kitchen floor. He was very professional and friendly and kept me informed throughout the process. He accessed the leak with the minimum of damage to the floor and left evry thing in a clean and tidy state. He is a credit to your company.

Two guys called on separate days Matty and Joe, both on time, both very professional and experienced. Explained what they were going to do and to let me know what and where the problem was. Neat and tidy cleaned up before they left. Good service all round even the lady in the office who made the appointment.

James Hugh arrived, very pleasant, reassuring and in no time not only did he locate the leak in minutes, which we would never find. He repaired two leaks side by side, made everything good and got our heating and hot water up and running.
Everyone moans how service doesn't exist anymore, well this Company and in particular James absolutely proved it is still there. Woke up this morning and checked the boiler and pressure and its spot on.

Joe the same engineer that came on our first visit with you was unable to find a leak even after all the tests he did, so we are taking his advice and having a full power wash through our central heating system and then see if this brings anything up as regards finding the water leak we have on our central heating pipe work.
