First purchase was a full house of pvc windows and 2 composite door.
Great quality and arrived quickly. Even carried the frames I to garage for me.
Neigh our was also impressed and ordered the same for her house refurb
Second purchase was for 2 aluminium bi fold doors and a bi fold window.
Again great products and good price.
The bi fold literally #glides# along effortlessly.

Cheap doors with poor post purchase care.

You certainly get what you pay for these days! Ordered bespoke French doors just after lockdown eased and was not able to pin them down to a delivery date until two days before actual delivery. Customer care non-existent. Happy to take your money but the most unpleasant telephone conversations with the most unhelpful staff. I was not able to let my builder know when they would be onsite for fitting. My doors arrived 6 weeks from order but builder was busy on another job and was not available to install until a couple of weeks later. We were never advised to inspect item within 48 hours of delivery and to be honest I wouldn’t have known what to look for. Now we find a part missing to fit doors to frame. Called to find a reasonable solution but same awful customer service, inquired about their lack of quality control before shipping item. They sprouted the usual terms of conditions to inspect within 48hours (not found when I actually read the T&Cs) and offered a replacement part to be shipped next day. Which really means a delay of 48 hours for builder to return yet again from another site. I asked if they would reimburse me if I was able to purchase a spare hinge from alternative manufacturer close by but again she ‘reminded’ me of their 48 hour inspection rule and a reimbursement would not be given.

Doors look ok but disappointed with the missing hinge and very disappointed in the post purchase care.

Very poor service and product. Glad was broken on delivery Cill was chipped from grey to white, grey frame was scratched to white. Two weeks on and not resolving so now raising with our credit card provider to get a refund. DO NOT USE
