Excellent Company, Great products, and really good customer service. Purchased 3 sets of patio doors, which have proved excellent value for money and look really good. Delivery drivers were friendly and After sales care were really professional. I had a problem with one of the doors not fitting and the Company followed through with replacement and fitting. The order was correct, and well packaged, the delivery was very early in the morning, (0600) with no warning which was unfortunate.
I have a few items missing from the doors, namely the caps that fit on the vertical face of the hinges, the screws are there but not the faceplates. if you could post those out that would be great,

Was a bit of a nightmare Delivery was delayed a couple of times which caused big problems with my client - then the delivery men arrived in the dark at 8.00pm- the doors where twisted also - the only good thing was the lady in customer service who really did try her best but a very poor company who we will not use again.
