Firstly, I think I would use this company again, but only because their after sales team did resolve ALL the problems within a respectable time scale. However, at times, I thought we were their first customer they had ever supplied a patio door with sidelites to, there were so many silly mistakes. Firstly, they were delivered 2 weeks after the expected delivery date. Once delivered, the cill was missing! Within a only a few days after-sales team got it delivered. Now everything was delivered, we checked for damage. Unfortunately one of the patio doors had one of the hinges ripped off, and the middle one had been pressed into the door. Yet again, after-sales promptly arranged to resolve the problem and provided a replacement patio door and said they would complain to the delivery company. Inside a week we had the door, so all ready for the builder to install? Not quite! The builder noticed that the tramsom (below the opening sash) on both the sidelites was somehow 5mm wider than the top and bottom(not sure what happened to final inspection as these sidelites should have been rejected, before dispatching). Basically when sidelites were assembled to main frame, the complete frame would now not fit into the opening. As I needed to get these patio doors finally fitted asap, after negotiating our options with the after-sales, our builder managed to do an excellent job, and the finished product did look amazing. My suggestions to anyone purchasing? Check the items closely when they arrive, and make sure you have a decent, experienced builder who knows what he’s doing. And get in contact with the after-sales team, they are there for that reason, and they did resolve ALL of the problems. I think this is a fair review with positive criticism, which hopefully will avoid the problems I had. Wayne Osborne

"Very pleased with our French Doors and…"

Very pleased with our French Doors and they were half the price compared to others. The lead time given for delivery was 16 weeks but the doors arrived in 10 weeks. The quality is good and the external RAL colour matches existing windows. One door handle was faulty but ATT replaced immediately with no quibble. Good efficient company and would definitely recommend.

Supplied with missing parts. Simply told not available. Design changes do not work with instruction supplied.
Use of one keep plate for two doors prevents locking.
Quality control is terrible.
Finished installation is fine after many hours work correcting rotten design. The company were totally unhelpful. Go elsewhere.
