"Tested over 20 years on the streets of New York City"

I’ve been using Xootr MG model for over 20 years riding it over pretty rough pavements of New York City. It rides well, has a very sturdy frame and is very compact once folded. I got my second Xooter about 4+ years ago. I did look at other products on the market, but none matched my requirements (I am 6’5” and need very high handle bar), nor seemed nearly as sturdy. Recently I had an issue with one of the parts and reached out to Xootr for guidance. They replaced it free of charge under warranty, which was really helpful. Overall, I can attest that it’s a high quality product, which can last many years, with high quality customer service.

"Super Duper Durable"

My son scooters 10+ miles a week - almost year round. It is great to finally have a scooter that is durable and can be repaired. So many of the less expensive scooters literally fall apart and are not worth the repair $ or just cannot be repaired.

We've had this scooter for almost 2 (maybe 3?) years. We've replaced brakes, wheels (both wear and tear) and an odd repair that was covered under warranty. I love this scooter and so does my son.

Only negative is that the collapsing mechanism stops working shortly after any real use. We don't need it often and when we do we can work around that.

I bought a Xootr Street to get from my car to my actual workplace a few weeks ago. It was received in perfect condition And it worked perfectly well the first time I tried it. All was well until I tried to fold it back up to walk into my workplace. It was a little sticky but I have actually got it to fold up. Over time it got harder and harder to fold up and finally I had to call tech support.
Xootr Tech Support suggested that I just lubricate the joint with grease or, if that wouldn't work, they would be happy to exchange it for another one. I thought to myself, wow, they really have "Xcellent" customer support at Xootr! It's real!
I applied lubricant and all is well.
I am the envy of all my other co-workers that have to walk from their car to their office building which is quite far. I think my Xootr scooter is the best adult scooter that I've ever seen.
My Xootr Street is fast, quiet, and very compact.
And it can support my 270lb self at high speed! It's everything I expected it to be!!!

"Awesome Scooter"

I purchased a xootr because I am weighty and there was nothing else on the market that would take my weight. I love it, it's so comfortable being able to put 2 feet on the deck at the same time and swap my feet wirh ease. I go scooting with my 6 year old daughter all the time now and doesn't it burn some calories. I had a prob with my deck shortly after I purchased the xootr and the customer service I got was incredible. You are paying for quality and 5 star service when you buy a xootr. Thanks so much 😃

"I’m 78 and I love my 2 nd Xootr"

I’m 78 and I love my 2 nd Xootr. Got my first plywood decked baby 2 nd hand. Since Xootr is pretty much bullet proof after years of use that one is as good as new. But it’s at my place in Miami Beach and I’m in Portland Oregon for awhile.
So I got a new one for here.
Actually I brought the first Xootr to PDX from MIA on the plane TWICE. No problem, can’t beat it for rolling to your gate and carrying it on board.
This stay in Portland I left it behind.
Ordered a new one it arrived quick and it is sooooo fine.
I keep it on the ready for trips for groceries and just the joy of rolling around.
Xooter is “how I roll” gotta luvIt!

"Sticker / Decal Include with Order Please"

Skate companies typically include a sticker. Would have been over the top to have a sticker/decal in the box with my order.

That being said, everything went great and am happy with product.

"An Investment in Health"

I bought two for my two children. My teenage daughter uses hers less. My 11year-son uses his daily to ride to school. Eventually, after years of daily use, the rubber part of the wheel did break. Since we had another Xootr that the oldest wasn’t using, and in a busy single parent, now with three kids I didn’t but get around to ordering the new part, he just used that. Now that the baby is three, I actually take her in it and we bomb the hills in the neighborhood. It’s so fun!!! So now my son’s really needed fixing. I ordered the part online and the shipment was lightning-quick. The price was affordable and they communicated with me via email. I’m pleased with both the product quality (kids need things to get them playing outside these days), and the repair. It’s been a good investment!
