"Poor communication from Gosforth branch "

After having an offer accepted we went for a second viewing on the house, unfortunately this turned into an intimidating experience when another viewer turned up at the same time despite assurances that the house was no longer available for views or offers (upon agreeing we provided relevant paperwork which was done in a timely manner).

Unfortunately upon hearing the house was under offer the other viewer turned verbally aggressive to me and my family. I understand that the actions of this individual are not the fault of RMS however, poor administration and communication from the letting agent led to this situation occurring.

As well as this emails weren’t followed up which meant we were having to take time out of work to receive updates. Ultimately this situation has led to us pulling out of the sale and I would be reluctant to use RMS in the future.

We used the Whitley Bay branch of RMS to sell our Apartment. The Valuer was excellent taking really good photographs very professional. We received an offer as soon as the Apartment went live it took 12 weeks to complete and we did all the contact. It got a little stressful at the end and again we had to contact RMS to see how the sale was progressing.
