"Truck tonneau cover"

I initially was worried, I ordered the cover during a sale and when it shipped it was delivered to the entirely wrong part of the state, reached out to customer service was assured that they would talk to management and get me a new on shipped out, to their credit they not only did but they called and left me a message and shipped me a new one. Received the product it was super easy to install and has made taking a trip with the family much easier. It's a quality product for a much cheaper price than everywhere else on the web. The only reason I gave them a 4 star is due to shipping issues which isn't necessarily their fault. They were responsive and end result was I got my product. I would 100% order from them again.

AVOID! Don’t waste your money. Rivals a scam website. They sell items that don’t fit then stuck with it because “we don’t sell that.”

These folks were easy to talk to and nearby if you needed something. Even the smallest issue I had they made it right and it makes my vehicle functional and aesthetically pleasing. The product wasn’t so hard to install just took time and patience. Highly recommend truck2go for any truck related products!

First order was the pro retractable cover. So easy to install and have been very happy with it. I then ordered the rack to go with it. My only regret was not ordering as a package deal. The rack is robust and simple to install. So pleased so far. I wish the rack would come with something to protect the rack and or materials as it is just a plain metal t track bar. I hope they offer a rubber piece to fit it in the future. It is as good as can be other than that.

"I really love the product"

I really love the product. It just does not fit.
After speaking with the manufacturer it seams they do not care that the product doesn’t really fit my truck. Trucks2go was very helpful but in my case the fitment is not what was advertised. It is a full 2” short. The front box is almost an inch from the bulkhead crossmember and there is only a rubber flange gasket covering part of the bulkhead frame and it only has 1/4” overlap on the tailgate. I did also buy the short rack system and it’s super nice! I’m not really dissing the company I just think they could do a little more to help my particular situation, after all, if the side rails were just a but longer it would be fantastic.

I have nothing to say but good things about this cover.The product was shipped in 2 boxes,the whole install took about an hour and a half, and went flawlessly. It is exactly as discribed on the website.Overall,for the price and quality, you really can't go wrong.I would highly recommend!!

Order #6985-SyneticUSA Auto Retractable tonneau cover. Delivery was quick, product is faulty. One latch does not engage and the other is barely holding on, bed cover opens when I hit a good bump. Have emailed Truck2go, called leaving a couple of messages and called multiple times just to continue getting voicemail. Waiting on a solution I am doubting will come, should have purchased American made. Although I have yet to receive an email or a call back, I sure have received a couple of emails for a review from the same email I sent a complaint to. I will never purchase from this company again and wish I had read the negative reviews before spending $1500 on useless Chinese junk.
