"Shipping misguided"

The website implied it was in stock ready to ship, which is why we bought from your company. So we paid extra for quick shipping so the rack would come in time for our trip. The rack did not come before we left, it wasn't even here when we got back 8 days later. In fact its has been almost 4 weeks and we have not recieved it! We have yet to receive an email letting us know when it will ship. I have also not recieved a response to my email asking where it is and when we will get it. You need to be clear on your website about shipping times. This is most frustrating and definitely put a damper on our plan to take bikes on our trip.

I purchased this for an RV that I just didn’t feel comfortable using a bumper hitch. Rack was in stock, easy to order, came very fast, installed easily and looks sturdy. Time will tell how it stands up, but first impression is excellent.
