"Ordered 5 quilts"

Ordered 5 quilts - supposed to be here next day - never arrived. Had to email co via Amazon ( waste of time also ) - and waiting reply. I would suggest others go somewhere directly to buy items like duvets etc as I will be in the future

"We order folding bed"

We order folding bed. Come in time, all parts was there. Mattress are comfortable , put together easy and don’t take too much space. We are happy

"Stock on line but none available"

Ordered two pair of reversible pillowcases. Order accepted but within a couple of days payment refunded with no explanation. Contacted them by phone and email and was told that, although the items were in stock on line, there actually was no stock. Strange time wasting way to sell goods. Stay well clear

"2 x faulty items"

I ordered a double size 4.5 tog Coverless duvet. It was mustard colour on one size with a geometric triangle pattern on the other side. The item arrived with a small tear in the material exposing the inner stuffing. After numerous emails, the Love2Sleep sent out a replacement item. The item was in a guest room and was first used after we had owned the item for 3 months. After use, I washed the item following all instruction. The mustard colour has completely leached through to the other side turning the whole duvet a horrible orange tinge colour. I contacted Love2Sleep who said as we had owned the item for 3 months this is perfectly normal and state 3 months is an acceptable amount of time for the duvet to be out of warranty. They have offered a 50% refund but refuse to give a full refund for a faulty item. Avoid this company at all costs. Although the item initially looked okay, the customer service is terrible.

"Disappointed"

I ordered 2 pillows, when my delivery came it contained 2 bags of fluff that decorated my lounge with the stuff. I contacted Customer Service who to be fair did reply quickly, she explained that they were rushing to get orders out before Christmas. How they could mistake a bag of fluff for 2 pillows is a mystery. They did refund me quickly so I rated 1* for replying quickly and 1* for quick refund.

"Pressed for 5 stars but has only…"

Pressed for 5 stars but has only registered 4? Very pleased with both product and customer service. I had a query which was immediately answered via Amazon forum and I’m very pleased with the budget range 10.5 duvet received. Happy customer

"unpleasant duvet, poor service"

the coverless duvet is very stiff, does not snuggle you like a proper quilt. i stupidly ordered 2 duvets. didn't unpack 2nd one as thought i'd return it, but they send no return label & do not reply to emails, so am stuck with unwanted, unpleasant quilt.

"Scamming company"

Scamming company - ordered a duvet and pillow set via wowcher when it didn’t arrive I emailed and they said I would have to contact wowcher for a refund despite the fact they took an extra £5 for delivery. Queried as to when they were planning on letting me know they never intended on sending the item, no reply received.

Try to cancel it but couldn't
Then returned it but no return labels in bag which I have never heard off. You return at your own expense and its not refunded at all, which is not mentioned when buying. Really wished I read reviews.
Amazon you need to not have any dealing with this company. They are disgraceful

This is the worst company I have ever used left my disabled son without a quilt that I paid for no help offers from the owner absolutely shocking nothing but a rip off
