Waited for Tom Ford glasses for two months, told out of stock. They’ve now written to say they’ve applied for insolvency and will not be refunding my money.
Complete rip-off merchants - avoid at all costs cos despite the above, they are still taking orders!

Waited for two months for some tom ford frames now the refund hasnt happen in a week and by the look of it no answer from them and seems others have even longer waits that i have, few years aho they were good but now it not as good anymore

One of the worst responses to fulfilling orders I have ever had the misfortune to experience. Ordered Tom Ford glasses and paid for express delivery. On the anniversary of the delivery (2wks from order date) I received an email informing me that due to technical issues at the manufacturers there would be a delay of up to 3 to 4 weeks. I then cancelled the order and requested a refund. No response forthcoming I called directly. CS excuses ranged from technical difficulties in dealing with refunds through the website to refunds having to be approved by management which would take a further 4 to 6 weeks to process. I tried to contact head office but all roads lead back to the same person in customer services. No resolve but really concerned that this company is acting illegally. Beware!!

"Refund requested 55 days ago though, still haven’t received my payment!"
I purchased an order for a glass frame at the end of September then I was informed that it is not in stock. After waiting for months I requested a refund in December and Edel-Optics confirmed the receipt of the requested bank details on 20th December. By the time, I have sent an email and reminder asking for update regarding to my refund though, still no payment received as of today (13th February). Such a poor service! I do not recommend to anyone!!!!

I still wait for my ray ban sunglasses and after seeing the awful review I am really worried for the delivery. It was supposed to arrive until today, but I received an email the provider has not delivered to them. No explanations when I will receive them… and it is the same as someone else had written before and I am really sorry I didn’t read the review before ordering and paying.

"Two months to get refund"
We ordered and paid for a pair of sunglasses, that edel-optics were unable to fulfil. They agreed to make a full refund. It took almost two months, despite us chasing them. Given they had agreed to make the refund, there was no good reason for the delay. Be very cautious in transferring any cash to them.

"Senza clip e senza rimborso"
Ho comprato una clip da sole Tom Ford FT5532-B-CL-52G ad agosto 2022.
Dopo 5 mesi mi accorgo che la clip aveva perso un magnete.
Contatto il venditore che mi fa rispedire la clip in Germania.
Poco dopo (20 febbraio) mi scrive che riceverò una nuova clip entro 2-4 settimane.
SONO PASSATE 5 SETTIMANE E NON HO NE LA CLIP NE I MIEI SOLDI
IL VENDITORE SI RIFIUTA DI EMETTERE RIMBORSO.
l'ultimo acquisto fatto da questo venditore è stato consegnato dopo 9 settimane dal pagamento.
Vi suggerisco di stare lontani da questo venditore.

BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. It is a poorly managed company run by accountants vs. people who care about the customer experience. I ordered a set of frames, when they arrived I was out of town due to health issues. When I returned the frames were waiting for me and they were too large. I attempted to return but it was 9-days past the return deadline. I explained my situation and they still denided the return. A poor example of customer service by hanging their hat on an artbitrary policy.
UPDATE - Just learned the frames are COUNTERFEIT!!!! Supposed to be made in Germany actually made in CHINA!!! Paid full price-check your merchandise carefully! Fake goods.
