"Bad after sales service "

Bought a bathroom suite for Wholesale Domestic in Hillington, initially extremely helpful and well organised.

The suite was delivered as agreed and fitted by a highly recommend plumber.

The enclosure was fitted as per instructions. From the very start the shower enclosure leaked! I contacted the showroom several times, visited the show room, with footage and pictures, emailed them and spoke with them on the phone. As did the plumber I hired to fit the bathroom.

Wholesale domestic would not accept that the shower unit they provided was in any way faulty. I asked if they would visit to see for themselves which they said was not a service they provided. They saw the plumber was at fault.

This went on for several months as did the leaking enclosure.

I asked for a refund. They refused to acknowledge that the unit was faulty, said no refund was possible, said this could not be taken any further and there was no further correspondence.

Therefore I purchased a shower unit from the supplier the plumber normally uses. Which I should have done in the first place, as if there are any issues at all, they have a rep that would do a site visit to assess.

Same plumber fitted a new shower enclosure from a different supplier, no leaks what so ever, perfect first time.

I could not and would not recommend them as the after sales service was terrible! Had a leaky shower enclosure for approximately ten months due to this. Cost me a lot of money to rectify this due to their refusal to acknowledge their poor product.

Avoid purchasing from them.

Just had our main bathroom & downstairs toilet refitted by Craig Brand bathrooms. We’ve been using Craig for years & he’s renewed our 4 bathrooms. He’s a perfectionist & always completes an amazing job. Pat is great too & such lovely guys. Lindsay in Wholesale Domestics (Hillington) is amazing & so great & experienced supporting customers to design their bathroom. What a great team they both make & such an easy process from start to finish. Thanks so much to you all.
