Bit late on reviewing but we bought our bathroom from Aieste at Fort Kinnaird - she was amazing! Her knowledge and impartial advice were key in us making the right decisions to ensure we got the right stuff and she helped us make informed decisions.
She really is an asset to the team and although she does not earn commission she is a massive part of the reason we made our purchase from this company.
All the fittings were good quality and we have no complaints so far (install was a few months ago). Get lots of compliments when people visit and are really pleased with all aspects of our shopping experience so thank you!
Our delivery was kerbside but we were informed of this and knew we had to lift it in. We were also informed of any products that would take longer due to being out of stock. We had no issues with delivery and it was all very prompt within time scales they explained…

Terrible service from order to delivery. Really angry with the service we received. All our items were showing as in stock but were not. Our first and last time using this company. We are renovating a whole house and have had huge deliveries from Victorian Plumbing, Best Heating, Screwfix and many more, all via couriers who brought the delivery inside. I had to chase my order 3 times before we went on holiday. One hour notice given from Palletways. Driver was leaving a £1100 order on my drive expecting me to get it inside!!!! It had to be collected and redelivered as I was a woman alone but I had to arrange this. Palletways are only a Kerbside delivery and do not bring you items in but wholesale domestic do not make this clear and their customer service admitted this. I was only asking for just inside. I've been offered £50 off a future order.

Ordered for delivery to home as advised it would be within 2 days as in stock. Went for this option as told it would be quicker than delivery to store on Wednesday. This is now frida 6 days later and still no sign of product and parcel force looks like zero movement of product. Wouldn't buy from again.

Don't buy from this company,shocking returns policy . You have 14 to return any goods which is the standard online return policy . This is shocking customer service as they are supplying bathroom products which anyone will know doesn't work in the real world when you need a product to be on site then you have to measure a room plumb it tile it etc and get it fitted in such an unrealistic time frame . On top of that if you get a whirlpool bath that has to be made to specifics that push past the time frame of 14 days . Avoid .

Have made 3 purchases here, and each time there has been an issue.
First order - vanity sink and unit, had to return for replacement as on unboxing had a chip on the sink.
Second order - toilet and sink, toilet was handed over for collection without the cistern (assumed it was in the box, it wasn't)
Third order - mirror and bath/shower screen, placed expecting immediate collection as in stock. Didn't get a text to collect until 4 hours later (they state not to attempt collecting until you've had this text) which was too late as needed on the day. Reply from customer services was rude and told me it had in fact been available immediately. Had already emailed to request cancellation of order and the customer service agent also disputed this.
On all 3 occasions this has caused a delay to work being done and additional costs incurred when tradespeople had been booked in and had to be rebooked and on the first 2 occasions, additional travel to the collection centre.
