We came to do our en-suite and had a fair idea of what we wanted however Steve in the Aberdeen store helped us so much. From start to finish he was amazing. No amount of questions was a problem for Steve he was so patient with us and really advised us all the way through our decision. Ordering a bathroom can be very stressful and Steve made our experience much more enjoyable as he really knows his stuff and is extremely good when dealing with customers. He was that good I have decided to do my second toilet and went straight back to him. I have also recommended family to go to Steve and they have had the same seamless service. Thanks Steve !

"Extensive range of quality products "

What we liked was the extensive range of bathroom products to choose from. Once we spoke to Alice, she was able to direct us to products that were perfect for our needs. However, we had to wait a considerable time, before anyone was available to attend to us. Ordering, and arranging delivery was easy. What wasn’t so helpful was that the pick up point for smaller items that we could take home was at a different address and a 5 minute drive from the main showroom.
