"Incompetent customer service gives dangerous advices!! "

We Ordered metal brackets for 10mm glass. The Item was specified to fit 8 and 10-mm glass. The brackets we received do not fit 10mm glass. The customer service replied to us: first answer - we "need to remove the rubber pads" (why) !?! the second answer was from the technical team advising us "The rubber insert needs to be cut so it only covers the bottom and one side" ?!? (no point in that - the included clamp instruction scheme shows glass installation between the rubber pads!!)
It seems this company staff is absolutely incompetent and gives dangerous advice. Clamping toughened glass directly between metal parts without the rubber pads will cause damage to the glass and eventually glass explosion.

Purchased all our new bathroom hardware from hillington whole sale domestic.They have a wide variety of good quality product to choose from .We were served by a most helpful lady named Linda. Staff were very pleasant when I called them about a mix up with our delivery date.
I would also highly recommend next level bathroom installations.These tradesmen go above and beyond .I have a period property and not the easiest to work in . Pandora's BOX spring to mind .Ripped old bathroom out back to the brick .Insulated ,sheeted and tiled it.Professionally solving any issue throughout the project.Every tradesman was pleasant and nothing was a problem.I highly recommend next level bathroom installations.You definitely run a five star team of tradesman Thanks to everyone involved we are absolutely delighted.

Really great service and great products. Found this company after being let down by Victoria plumbing and so glad I did. I made an order and my tracking wouldn't work, so I phoned wholesale domestic and explained my worries after being let down elsewhere. The order arrived with next day delivery marked and was free of charge. Delivery guys were really good and careful and products were packed very well. No damages to any of it. Once installed quality seems really good as well. Very happy with our new bathroom and would definitely reccomend this company.
