"Lovely radiator for bathroom but…"

Lovely radiator for bathroom but disappointing returns policy. I bought the wrong valves for £39.95, but unable to return for a refund (I’ll pay return postage cost), because their return policy is only 14 days - this is way too short. My builders started works 2 weeks ago and the radiators go in last. Only realised the valves were wrong when it came to fitting them. Still, a lovely radiator, but gutted about throwing almost £40 down the drain

I ordered a bathroom suite last week, but had a change of mind regarding the colour. Phoned WSD and asked to speak with Alice Murphy who we had originally dealt with. Alice phoned me back, put me at ease about the change, she has a lovely manner, kind & patient. Great customer service

"Awful quality bathroom "

Bought bathroom that was fitted 9 months ago and has already got multiple major faults/flaws due to poor quality items which cost over £1900
Sink + vanity and tap. The wood unit is swelling due to chip wood frame also tap yoy can barely see what's hot or cold sign due to fading after just 9 months and this fading and swelling was noticed in August of last year only 4 months after fitting. Toilet unit made of same chip wood is swelling in multiple areas all very visible and embarrassing for visitors to see especially for a supposed new fitted bathroom.
Bath panel again made of same wood has swelling at the bottom.
The bath itself which I was warned about by the plumber that fitted it due to its thin plastic has had to be resealed twice already at a cost of more than £100. The bath itself is covered in marks due to the poor quality cheap materials it's made from which makes it now look like a 10 year old bath. Shower unit again has a cheap and plastic feel with poor quality materials.
I have been told by wholesale domestic that this is all due to poor upkeep by myself which is nonsense Windows always open and fan on for ventilation.
In all honesty I wouldn't take this bathroom if it was free never mind having paid over £1900 pounds for it.
Includ8ng other materials and labour I'm now down around £8000 and have been left with a disaster of a bathroom.
