"Delivery twice as long as promised, items misdescribed, wrong items"

Ordered a few bits for delivery. They rang (very nice) to tell me they would be 5 to 7 days. I had a deadline when I needed them and was assured they would be there. A week later, I had a text to tell me they would be another week, which was of no use. My wife then drove the 3 hours to Glasgow to collect to find that one item was extremely misleadingly described. Says it's a pack of 3 510mm panels, it's actually 3 x 170mm panels making up the 510mm. No one I have shown it to can pick that out. To add to this, I had to pay for it twice - they couldn't just cancel the ones that they rerouted back to their base and just issue the goods to me on collection. I had to order again. Then one of the items was picked wrong too, so I got the wrong thing and had to improvise. They have been good in the past, but this was awful.

So disappointed in returns policy. CON ARTISTS!!! Ordered a radiator which was too small so then ordered the same radiator from the same company but in a bigger size. The packaging was damaged when opening the 1st radiator so waited for the new one and packed the 1st one in the un damaged packaging to make sure it arrived safely. Paid a fortune to send back to be told as the packaging was not the exact same they will not refund me for the perfectly fine radiator I returned. So now I am £187 down for the radiator, the money also spent on the return and I don’t even have the radiator as I returned it. The customer service was terrible, so rude and not even a tiny bit understanding or accommodating. Would not recommend.

"Radiator Return Nightmare"

Ordered 2no. of the exact same Radiator , one slightly bigger than the other.

After looking at both , we returned the smaller of the pair in the slightly larger ones box , all in line with the refund period etc.

Wholesale Domestic are refusing to process my refund due to the radiator "not being in the orginal box".

After a few emails I decided to call , and we were met with teh same , blunt , bordering on rude , response. We have even offered to cover any reboxing charges!

They told me that all they would do is allow me to order a courier to get the raditor sent back to my house!

Customer sevice was awful & I have now had to raise a dispute via my credit card. Terrible business to deal with.

I would avoid ordering any large or bulky items from them at all costs , as if you have any issue with damaged packaging and want to return , they'll attempt to keep your money. I've done a bit of digging and i'm seemeingly not the only person who has had problems with them.
