Managed to get everything we needed at the fantastic Hillington showroom in Glasgow. A very special thanks to sales advisor Cameron (Cammy) who was very knowledgeable on all the products we asked about. He was friendly and helpful with no hard sell approach. "I'm really shocked"

I'm really shocked. I placed a large order for my new bathroom, I was so excited. After much discussion with the staff I chose an expensive set of wall-mounted taps for my bath and a shower attachment.

However, when we came to fit it, we realised that it was unworkable as the hose for the shower attachment was far too long and would hang in the bathtub. I phoned Wholesale Domestic immediately to rectify the problem and we discussed my returning the shower attachment and thrermostatic mixer and exchanging them for a simpler system, only to then be told that even when I returned the expensive unusable items, I would not be refunded. They only offered a credit note which is completely useless after I have already paid for my bathroom!! The items I would be returning are £200 more expensive than the replacement but they don't care. I think it's illegal and will be exploring a legal recourse. I trusted the sales person when I discussed what to buy, now I feel that I have been conned.

I found wholesale domestic bathrooms online, at it save me a fortune. I was happy to find a local store that I could see and feel what I was buying. The whole process was very easy. The staff were very helpful and insured I had everything I need. They even kept hold of my items until my plumber was ready to start the job. We highly recommend as good quality items at very reasonable prices.

Visited the Glasgow Hillington store. Ian helped us with our quest for a new bathroom to be fitted out. He listened to what we had in mind and illustrated options in the store really well. He made suggestions that we wouldn't have thought of as had a wealth of knowledge. Tremendous service overall.

"Bad delivery and returns service"

Bad delivery and returns service. I would not recommend this company. My elderly mother was having building work done and the builders needed the item to install, I kept checking the WD website which said the order was in process for way past its delivery due date, the builders needed the item so I went out an bought one elsewhere which was delivered promplty and installed by the builders. Later when I checked with WD they said the item was delivered, indeed it was, but delivery was taken by some random person we do not know- possibly a labourer, but most definately not my mother, and the item was left beside the skip. WD refused to accept the return so I had to pay for the return, then when they got it back they refused to issue a credit because it was damaged. We never opened or checked the item so cannot prove if it was damaged on delivery to us or delivery back to WD. So we are left with a loss of the cost of the item and the postage. All around a horrible experience. Next time order from Amazon or other where the delivery is done properly and the returns policy is better.

Lynsey Stobo from WDB was excellent, and patient, with helping us choosing our materials. Nothing was a hassle. The team's workmanship was top-notch, professional, and tidy.
