Good value, really pleased with the Headboards ordered. I never wanted headboards but now, so pleased we bought them and by waiting got the right ones. Look expensive and good quality. Would definitely recommend buying from The Sleep Shop as all staff members we talked to were helpful and delivery was so easy to arrange. I took a lot of time looking for the right mattress, and the price and service on offer from The Sleep Shop seemed the best choice for me.
Customer Services were friendly and helpful - I even received a call thanking me for my online order, which was a nice touch.
The delivery time was much quicker than I expected. I was given a delivery date, and was called the day before to give me a time slot.
I was completely happy with the whole process, and I'm pleased to say that the mattress is just what I was looking for.

Excellent service. Made the order, someone phoned within 24 hours to give me the delivery date which was 2 days later by courier. Mattress arrived safely.

My issue is not with the mattress supplier but the delivery company which they use. They were unfriendly, unprofessional, careless and hapless in the way they went about things. They even managed to cause some fairly minor damage to my property, something one would not think possible with a soft mattress.
